The service was generally OK, but the emails beforehand should have been more helpful - there was no explanation of where at Luton airport I would be collected. It would have been helpful to just say 'You will be collected from the Pick-Up and Drop-Off area'. There was also no notification provided as to the fact that my driver was not the person orgiainlly allocated (who was off sick). Therefore, I did not have the driver's mobile number, and the replacement driver called me only 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. So I was initially rather anxious that I was not going to find my taxi! But after finding it, everything was fine.
