Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I booked a ride a day before and was told it will cost £50 for the following day at 10:00 AM. Got a call in the morning at 7:05 to confirm my address, then another call at 8:37 to re-confirm the address.
THEN, 20 min before departure, at 9:40 AM they called again and told me that the car they priced on got broken, but they can send another car that will cost £70. Huh?? How can buy this? It wasn't for the money but the principle. Luckily enough I wasn't forced to accept it, etc. and I managed to find an alternative.
