Although the room itself was clean and nicely presented, I thought the hallway was very dirty and smelled strongly of smoke. The room was very hot (couldn’t be helped) and was told there were no fans, fair enough but it really was boiling as it was the top floor.
Absolute barrage of automated messages prior to arrival. Needed some of the info and managed to find what I needed but would be very confusing for some people.
The mattress on the bed wasn’t very good quality and the pillows were very thin. Needed 3 to get to a decent height.
A lot of room for improvement.
