Direct interaction with the Company was excellent. However, on delivery of my product, the courier service/driver had no knowledge or ability to explain how the product was to be used, therefore we have to just figure it out ourselves. Furthermore, the product had scratches on one panel which you wouldn’t expect on a brand-new product.

Unfortunately the motorcycle / vehicle transport companies do not know everything about every vehicle however we are on hand to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us directly in relation to any damage on the vehicle as the photographs of the vehicle upon delivery and paper work signed on delivery do not document any signs of damage.
