I booked to stay at your property in Bristol 9th September for a week whilst I was participating in a course at engineers house in Clifton.
Sadly on 8th September my 8 year old son was involved in a crash, he was taken by the air ambulance team to the john Radcliffe hospital in Oxford where he underwent major surgery for a broken femur, we remained in the trauma ward until yesterday 15th September.
I made contact with the Hopwell team late on the Sunday to advise of the situation and ask that my booking be moved to January due to horrific unforeseen circumstances, I was told that it didn’t matter what had happened this wouldnt be possible , my train ticket has been refunded despite a non fund policy due to the nature of the situation and my course also transferred me to the next available course due to unforeseen circumstances
I think what your company have done is insensitive and quite frankly vile showing no empathy, coupled with this you still took the £150 security deposit that I still haven’t had returned
I plan to crucify your company on every available platform, companies such as yours should be showed to the world
It’s robbing and quite frankly violation of the highest order, I am currently awaiting legal advice
Facebook, Instagram, trip advisor, booking.com and anyone else that will listen will know about your vile company
