Avoid. Services are priced far higher than competitors. We paid for this overpriced service as we required a higher level in handling our conveyancing. Unfortunately this was not received and my husband had to constantly intervene and chase for documents on behalf of Weller's. We ended up going with an alternative company who were outstanding and handled our conveyancing seamlessly for 1/5th of the price. I would shop around before considering using Weller's law group. Extremely disappointed in the service and price.

If I could give zero stars to this firm (which I used for conveyancing work), I would.

Unfortunately their conveyancing team is woefully understaffed, unresponsive to queries, and at times (such as neglecting to get me to sign my contract of sale prior to my exchange date) downright negligent. My sale and purchase went through far more by luck rather than any judgement on their part.

I cannot speak for any other part of the business, but would strongly advise going elsewhere for any conveyancing work.

I was recommended to use Weller's and I have not been disappointed. I have used them for 2 different reasons in the last year and appreciate the time taken to explain things to me in terms I understand. Would thoroughly recommend.

I picked Wellers at random because I literally drove by one day. You never know what you are going to get with Lawyers unless you have a recommendation it can be a bit daunting trying to find the right one for you. James Baird was fantastic and never left me unaware or waiting long for anything. I got what I paid for and I'd feel confident using this firm again. A great Lawyer/firm who I trust.
