Website wouldn't work so rang the 0845 number and have been charged £4.96 on my mobile bill. I'm furious! This was for 'free' bulbs through the BBC Gardeners World subscription, turned out not to be very good value after all. I've yet to receive the order so we'll see what happens there. W"on't be ordering from this company again. In fairness, the customer service operative on the phone was very helpful when I rang.

terrible customer service. i have been fobbed off for 6 weeks over missing dahlia tubers and still not received refund nor the tubers

Not very impressed with Customer Service. Reported shortage delivered items on Monday 25 March was promised phone call which never came. Phoned next day and was told they had noted the problem but could not advise when I would get rest of order. I am currently short of six tubers value £19.89 with no idea where they are. Also they have advised part of original order is still in abeyance! As an old customer expected somewhat better treatment.

I cannot praise Woolmans enough. Delivered when they said and all plants really healthy. Also plenty of information as to what to do with them. I have had bad experience's with online plants before but not this time.
